Hi I invited my partner (wife) but she havent got a password... I tried with my daughter and she didn´t get a password either... So i clicked "forget password" in my daughters log in site an she got a new one BUT when i did the same with my partner it says she isn´t registered... What shall i do?
I have invited all persons possible, im my family tree,by e-mail, and have got responce from many. however the invited persons can not add anything to the tree, how to doo.
I´m only a newbee but try to make them to click "forgot password" button. Then they get a new password and can get in to your site. I´t worked for me...
