Cannot see tree and see the following error displayed on every profile I try and view apart from mine :-(

Any hhelp appreciated.

no solution has been like it for 5 days. All i can see is information in the Our Family section.

I'm sure there is just one bad entry making my whole tree crash, but can't see it :-(

Kindo had some problems last days as you wrote, sorry guys for any inconveniece. Now. it should be up and running! (Please let me know otherwise.)

I totally agree that information and transparency is crucial, something we always try to have as our trademark. Unfortunately, this occurred just when we all went on holidays, something that both affected the downtime and the information flow to you.

Yea Valle Mine is still broken too. REALLY want to log in after a 5 day lock out.

Mine is still broken too, but if I click on Our Family IO can get through to that screen no problem.

Some peoples profiles are okay if I click on them, some are broken, with the error above.

Good luck in tryinmg to fix the problem.
