What do you think about the sites general design, look an feel etc?

It's OK, but as always one can have some comments.

Display of full Profile :
The important information about a person is displayed in a SMALL column to the left.
In the middle there are a BIG column with list of all changes were maid and by who.

It would be better if they switched. It would be easier to read. The webpage would not be so long.

And much of the infomation that you can enter in a persons profile, is never displayed unless you enter change mode. And is the person invited you cannot enter change mode, and therefore you cant se important data.

Small profile (displayed in tree).

Add more tabs with other info, then it would be easier to see/change information.
